NOVICE AND MONK ORDINATION CEREMONY

Dear Dhamma Friends,

You are cordially invited to our Novice & Monk Ordination Ceremony that will be held on December 25th, 2011.

Novice & Monk Ordination Ceremony (Su Paung Rhin Pru Donlaba Yahan Khan Pwe) is the traditional Burmese culture honored by the Burmese communities in Myanmar (Burma) since ancient time. In Burma, parents and grandparents truly enjoy seeing their loved ones to enter monk-hood as Buddha sons at least once in a life time. They believe that unlimited karma and virtues are attained next life through such ordination and through monastic practices as true Buddha sons.

So we welcome everyone who wants to be  monk or novice at our BBA's Ceremony.  And also you are  very welcome  to offer the breakfast and lunch for all monks and novices.

The registration fees:----------------------------Novice-to-be $100
                                                                     Monk-to-be $200
Breakfast for all Novices and Monks -------- $50 for each day
Lunch for all Novices and Monks -------------$100 for each day

Any generous person(s) who is (are) kind enough to come forward with $1000 donation to BBA so that a nice Burmese lady could donate her most beautiful long hair to Lord Buddha to be ordained as  a Buddhist nun is (are) most welcome.

The donations received from the ceremony will be directed to BBA Fund.

Dinner will be served on December 24th, 2011 and lunch will be served everyday from December 25th 2011 to December 31st, 2011.

If you have any question about the Ceremony and for registration, please contact the following persons.
